Dr. Treasure attended his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, followed by 4 years of Dental School training. After graduation, Dr. Treasure attended Medical School at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, graduating in 1993. Dr. Treasure subsequently completed his General Surgery Internship and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Residency training at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas in 1996.
Dr. Treasure has over 30 years experience in dental, medical and surgical practice, including over 10 years experience as a full-time academic faculty surgeon at the University of Texas School of Dentistry and Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Treasure professional interests include providing safe outpatient anesthesia for oral surgery, dental implants, jaw reconstruction and soft-tissue surgery for dental implants and safe treatment of the medically compromised dental patient.
Dr. Treasure has three collage aged children, two daughters and a son, who all grew up in Carmel, Indiana. And all now attend Indiana University together in Bloomington.
His personal hobbies would include road cycling, mountain biking, skiing, golf, and playing the guitar.
Since 2006 Dr. Treasure has been doing mission work in South America, as part of a cleft Palate/craniofacial team!
